WE MAY NOT BE ALONE, YET ALONE – EMBRACING THE POSSIBILITY OF ALIEN LIFE AMIDST COSMIC ISOLATION
Author: Dileep Mampallil
About the Book
This book is a scientific journey into the possibilities of life beyond Earth _ exploring the chemistry that might form alien life, the physics that could shape it, and the evolution that could give rise to intelligence. It explores whether intelligence always leads to the rise of advanced technology in alien civilizations. Can we ever communicate or even meet them? Across vast cosmic distances and timescales, the rise and fall of intelligent civilizations may be like fireflies in a dark field _ each flickering briefly, but rarely at the same time or place. In that sense, we may not be alone, yet still alone.
